I have a neutured male Netherlands dwarf sharing with my female lop which is spayed, every time a female rabbit goes near the hutch my lop will attack my Netherlands dwarf, why? Then if a male goes near the hutch my dwarf attacks my lop...help ?

I believe it's called referred aggression. A rabbit feels threatened and will take out their agitation on their bunny partner(or anyone else near :) ). All you can really do is protect your buns space so the other rabbits can't get near and agitate your buns. Try putting an xpen or fencing around the hutch to give a buffer zone.
