I was playing with Jim last week and I wanted toknow if the chatter their teeth a bit, is that ok? is he inpain? I was petting him and it sounded like a puuring.

Yes, he was "purring." We sometimes call that a tooth purr. It means he's happy and comfortable.

They do grind their teeth in pain, but that would be much louder.
