Hi All,

Kaiser was neutered over 5 weeks ago and we are trying to bond him with one of the girls. The problem is he is still trying to mount her and, from what I can see, he does have a weebunny erection. I didn't have this problem with schumi, he just wasn't interested after his op, and I'm wondering if this is normal, he can go through the motions but can't impregnate?

I'm keeping them apart for the moment to be on the safe side but your thoughts would be appreciated.

many thanks

I had a neutered rabbit that regularly mounted, grunted, and fell off his stuffed "friend" and that happened for MONTHS after his neuter.

Thanks for that :)If he manages to actually catch foxy I'll be impressed, she is just not interested, but I was worried on the baby front!

Hopefully they will still bond even though he is being a nuisance.

I have one that was neutered months ago and still mounts:shock:. It's pretty normal. I usually shush him off after a few seconds, even though Angel sits there and takes it, I don't want a fight to start. He may see it as adominance issue as well, which is really what it becomes months after neutering, but some still go through the motions.:D
