Is my rabbits cage big enough??!?

So I have had buxley (my rabbit) for about 2.5 months and I love him to death I don't have much space so I made a DIY X-pen I was wondering if it is big enough

(It is a bit messy(buxley likes to play)

It is about 6 ft long and 1.7 feet wide

If he gets plenty of time outside his cage I would say yes, it's big enough.
