Is my bunny growing pimple?

Recently I noticed an acne-like-bump on my bunny’s back. A white puss came out when I try to touch it. Is there something wrong with him? Should I go to the vet for him to get some treatment?

Yes, if pus came out it could be a cyst/abscess. Please see a vet to get it looked at properly
