is flavoured pedialyte safe?

i'm having trouble finding unflavoured pedialyte that's a reasonable price for my bunny emergency kit, so i was wondering, is the apple flavour okay?

Not the end of the world. Especially since its for emergencies. Its more the fake colour they add that i dislike more then the artificial flavour.

The main reason I prefer the unflavored pedialyte is because it doesn't contain any artificial sweeteners. Which can potentially cause digestive discomfort for some animals/rabbits. The more that's consumed or given, the greater chance there is of it causing the upset.
