I need help with pellets!

Okay so right now the bunnies are probobly getting about 3/4-1 cups of pellets everyday (morning and night).

Besides that they have a HUGE litterbox full of hay, and a couple cups of salad everynight.

My dad is really into the bunnies, and he tends to spoil them.

Phinn and Cleo are very good at acting hungry, even when they've just been fed.

So my dad does the typical grandpa thinks that i'm underfeeding them :grumpy:.

How much pellets should a bonded couple (Phinn weighs about 4 pounds and Cleo about 6) be getting daily?

if they are over a year old 6 lbs should have about 1/4 cup perday

4 lbs should have about 1/8th cup per day
you"re feeding wayto much pellets

my bonded pair of fred and shadow barely get any pellets, cause i found out all the protien was causing him to have mushy poops. i just started giving them about 1/4 of a cup a day for the both of them

I feed all my guys 1/4 cup a day (Brody gets a dash more). I think this is a great amount for bunnies, especially if you are feeding lots of hay and nightly salads (which I don't feed salads).

My guys are 3-4lbs each and do well with their diet...no fat/skinny bunnies here.
