I have never seen my rabbits cecal pellets

Generally, cecals are ingested directly from the anus, so it's perfectly normal for you to never see them in a healthy rabbit.
 
I've had Honey over a year & have never seen any. If they aren't eaten right away they get squished, often on the hair, so I'd just as soon never see any. Seeing them might mean the rabbit is overweight & can't reach back for them any more, has too rich a diet & is expelling extra, or the rabbit is sick.
 
I agree, that is a good thing. The only time I have seen them from my rabbits is when Cinderella got very sick and was having seizures, she couldn't do her normal cleaning. Yes, if you think they are cleaning their belly but they sit up chewing, that is what they just did. LOL it is so gross, but what they have to do. Aren't you happy for all the bunny kisses now? :D
