Uhmn. Sorry that no one's posted. I didn't want to, since I'm no specialist, but now I guess I will. o.o;

I worm mine by putting a little pea sized amount on a few pellets, before they get dinner. I try to do a 9 day course for no symptom bunnies, and the full month course for anything that I know have them.

I use panacur. They make a rabbit formula (which I sprung and bought, cause I didn't know what else I could use), but they also make others that you can use. (Dog, I believe? idk. Just a smaller dose...)

I only worm everyone if someone either gets them in their poop, or I'm having a problem with weight gain/loss.

No, you don't really have to do it. But you can. Uh. That's the jest of it. Wish I could say more, but I don't usually worm.. So...

Sorry.

Thank you so much for helping me!
The reason i was wanting to know is because my buck seems to be healthy but he needs to gain weight and i thought maybe he could have worms.(he is feed daily and get exercise in the rabbit run almost everyday)So i dont now if i am doing something wrong because i am fairly to new to breeding rabbits.

If you are using a paste wormer that comes in a tube meant for larger animals, you must be careful of hotspots. In a large tube that is designed to be given in one dose, the medicine is not mixed very well which leaves some spots with high concentration of medicine. So, you should always empty the entire tube and mix throughly before dosing.

A very effective and safe wormer is Revolution (for kittens). One dose on the back of the neck and the bunny is dewormed for 30 days. I used it to treat mites on one of my bunnies and it was very easy to administer. You just need to use the correct amount for his weight. I was lucky that Baxter is 6 pounds and there is a dosing for 6 pounds so I just have the entire pre-measured dose. Sometimes you need to give a partial does, like only half of the pre-measured dose if the rabbit is only 3 pounds.
