How do you guys attach hay cubes into a bunny cage?

I don't. I just put the cubes in the cage and the buns nibble on they as they want. I do have regular hay in a hay rack.

I want to like have thing to clamp on right on top of the litter box so that Milk can just poo where he eats. Like above the litter box.

I think you need the kind of clamp that adjusts to a certain setting. Not sure how to explain it, but some clamps just squeeze, and others can be adjusted and set to hold a certain position. You want the second kind. At some point, the hay cube will be eaten down so that it falls out of the clamp, and the clamp should still stay the way you set it. You can then add a new hay cube and re-adjust the clamp.

You should be able to find these at Lowes or Home Depot; they may cost a little more than the squeezy clamps, but Milk's nose is worth a few extra dollars.
