get caramel to exercise more, when she is out ofher hutch she will run and skip around but only for a couple of minsthen she lays down i was wondering how i could get her to become moreactive

one thing you can do is get cardboard boxes andmake little hiding places with them or make a sort of 'cardboardcastle' if you want. i know my guy uses it and i only put it in hisroom 2 days ago and he just goes nuts. he sleeps in there more than hedoes in his house now lol. just try giving her things to do, like a boxwith shredded paper to dig at. or even hide her favorite treats aroundthe room and shell go looking for them. :)

When Berri lived alone she was exactly likethat. Then Pebble and Ebony came and she totally changed, she becameactive and bouncy and happy all the time:bunnydance:, right up untilthe end, it was great, though I don't know if it's a possiblility foryou, bunny company helped in her case at least.:)

Do you handle her a lot? Is shecomfortable with you? If so, you can tryplayinggames with her. Have you seen the bunnies that jumpobstacles?

That would be great exercise.

Snuggy and I play chase. I come up behind her with grabbyhands and say "I'm gonna getcha, Snuggy!" and she binkies and runsoff. I chase her, then she'll turn and start chasingme. It's the only way I can get her to move her fat littlebutt!

I just have to be careful that she doesn't run too close to my feet.

i think id run too if someone said "i'm gonna getcha!" lolthats so cute. i wish my baby would play games. he just throws thingsat me, which is playing for him but when he hits me in face lol....

You could try making her a 'bunny playground'when she goes out. Every day when I put my buns in their run I changewhich of their toys I put out and how I arrange them so as to keep theminterested all the time. Boxes/pipes/digging boxes etc will allencourage her to play more. Also spending more time with her giving herattention and playing with her will encourage her to run about a bitmore.:)
