Velveteen Lop

My Velveteen Lop doe, Luna, kindled 6 babies this morning at 3:20. This is her first litter, and she's doing great so far! I checked the bunnies over early this morning, and saw that one little kit has a large, dime sized lump on its neck/back area, and the skin on its neck seem puffier than normal. I've never encountered this before, and I've got no idea what it is.
She's inside with her babies, but is normally outside. I've also got one kit who has small eye bulges, not the normally large ones with kits, anyone ever had this happen?
Any info would be great! I'm not sure if I need to be worried? Or just keep an eye on them for now. Also, I'm not sure how to upload a photo, but I can if I have a quick walkthrough on that.
