well, truvy's personality went from sweet and cuddly to HYPER AND AGGRESSIVE within the span of one evening. she is now rubbing her chin on everything in sight and destroying all of the cardboard thats been left untouched since i got her. i'm assuming her hormones are starting to kick in. as i don't know her exact age, is this enough of a sign to have her spayed? i really don't want to wait until she starts spraying all over the house. are there any other indications that will let me know shes old enough? she's been chewing and chinning like CRAZY. (and very very hyper) :?

Generally a good guidline is after the 4 month mark. If she's 4 months or almost 4 months, you can take her foran appointment and your vet can tell you if she's ready. Most vets like to do an exam before, anyway.
