Hock Sores

Sorry everyone I haven't been on in a while. Myinternet did something odd. I might not be on in a really long timeuntill I get it fixed.

Anyway...

Flospy had what I think is a hock sore on his hind leg He has a wirefloor on the bottom of his hucth. But 50% of his habitat is wood floor.Should I place cardboard over the wire until he gets better?

I am taking him to a rabbit vet this week.

A vented rubber mat would be easier on his paws. Keep the area dry, of course, and give him extra exercise time for now.

For now, until you get him to the vet, you can apply some Preparation H to the sore hock for relief.
