These stories make me incredibly sad.. not only for the rabbits, but for her too. She clearly has psychological issues that need to be dealt with... though it seems no treatment is being followed through with? If her issues are not being dealt with, no wonder this situation keeps repeating itself.
Can throw her in jail, charge her, and put her on restrictions all they want.. but if they're not giving her the mental help she needs, nothing is going to change.
