Just found you looking up to see if cinnamon and lemon basil were Ok for bunnies to eat.(They are!) This looks like a fun place! I'm Wilhelmina and my bun is Flora or Florizel or Florentino. We were told he was a girl and named him Flora. So when I discovered this wasn't the case we kinda adjusted the official name but still call him Flora sometimes. He came to us not last Christmas but rather the one before. Actually it was a week or so before Christmas. He had originally gone to another home but they had too many pets and children and I think I wished hard enough so he came to me. He is a dwarf black bunny as sweet as sweet can be. We love to run together! I'll get a picture soon and post it. He runs free in our family room defined only by his love of the carpet and dislike of the slidy wood floors. He goes into his cage at night though. We just came back from a vacation to see my Mom in Pa. He was a brave bunny as it's an over 5 hour drive. I look forward to getting to know everyone one, furry and otherwise!

I do love black animals. Used to have a black cat. They are special to me.

Flora is definitely dark brown around his mouth...I wonder if all black is really dark, dark brown. Will have to check him out in the sun. Not an easy task as he does not like being picked up !
