Help with Rabbits Butt!

I don't know why but I decided to check my rabbits over and noticed this on one of them.

It looks like hard poop built around it's butthole? Not sure exactly. I touched it with a spoon and it was not coming off or moving?

I ideas what I should do or what it even is?

VERY carefully clip away the hair that holds the poop.

OR let rabbit sit in some warmish water for a spell to soften it and help you remove it gently.

That's happened with one of my bunnies
It shouldn't be a problem the hair's just in the way. Get it wet then remove it with scissors. Hope this helps
