HELP- Kit doing green poops!

Recently I posted about my lil kit being smaller than his actual size, I was really worried about him. Today I saw he is doing dark green loose poops and his tail and back feet smudged with it

He looks dull and slow as usual. I gave him some green veggies earlier which he ate casually. He is nearly 1month old. What should I do??!
Is it a sign of something dangerous?
Please HELP.

Too young for veggies--3 months. Try giving him some alfalfa.

Has the diarrhea stopped? Was that the first time he had those green veggies?
