I went through a similar episode with my bunny about a month ago. My vet advised me to get fluids into her however possible so - based on my human experience that apples are good for digestion - I hand fed her apple slices and put apple chunks into her water bowl. I also soaked some of her food pellets in water to make a mush. Within an hour or 2 she was not ok but eating. Within about 3 hours she really started to poop. I stayed up all night with her and she was well by morning. Very scary!
