Help determine breed?

Here is my new bunny that my friend decided she didn't want anymore. She had her living in a 10 gallon fish tank and didn't know what breed, age or anything about her that could be useful. I don't even know if she has been spayed.

Length: 11-12 inches
Weight: 3 lbs
Gender: Female
Temperament: Very friendly
Muscle: She feels very dainty. A bit bony and frail.
Eyes: Brown
Fur: Black but the under coat is sort of greyish/white and her skin is white with very soft thin fur. It semi sticks upward when I pet her fur the opposite way.

Here are the best photos I could get of her. She just didn't want to stay still. She wanted to run and explore.

I'm not really sure if this is much help, but she looks a bit like a little Dutch cross that I had once She looks really cute.
