Harley seems off?

Harley is my mini-lop. He's neutered and 2 years old.
Normally Harley's a big goof, getting into everyone's face, exploring anything he can get into, but tonight, he seems lethargic and since I brought him out to play, he's been sitting, hunched in the same corner for the last half hour. Do you think his stomach is bothering him? Would a dose of simethicone and some pedialyte be okay?

he may be starting to go into GI statis because of the heat. Definitely start him on the above you mentioned.

Does his stomach feel different to you, a bit tight? I'd try some gentle massage, then pedialyte & maybe simethicone.

That's actually the first thing I checked, and it's really soft. Do you think it would hurt to give him a little bit of critical care as well?

I wouldn't worry about food or liquids quite yet, just do simethicone (baby gas meds) and tummy rubs, as well as encouraging him to move around more. Usually that's all that is needed for a bit of gas. If it lasts more than a few hours and there is no poop either, then do fluids and probiotics, maybe a little critical care.

Also keep an eye on food and fluid consumption as dehydration is also a bad thing.

I think it was definitely just gas. A couple hours after the simethicone and pedialyte, he was back to his normal, hyper self.
