Getting a building this spring!!

Ok so i am starting to breed dutch i have 3 rescue rabbits and 2 dutch in my room. sooooo my room can hold no more buns lol

So my mom told me this spring i can get a building for my rabbits if i really want too breed inkbouce:

Its going to be 16 foot by 12 foot. I would also like to get into english lops and lion heads (I bred loin heads a couple years ago).

So should i feel guilty about not keeping them in the house?

No if they have good shelter and ventilation they would be fine
