Full feed for a 3 mo. old bun?

Quick question, am I supposed to be giving full feed(unlimited amt.) to my 3 mo. old jersey wooly buck?? I have been feeding him just 1/3 cup daily plus hay but he seems really hungry all the time. How much should he be getting at his age? He's probably about 2 pounds right now(a big jr.!).
