I have just checked out about fly strike, it isa horrific death to a bunny. I had no idea of it, so all of you who areunaware of fly strike, please check it out. Now I understand the deathof my last bunny. It was nothing that I ignored, just a quick movingkiller. I saw none of the symptoms just 4 days before her passing.

Yes, it sounds awful, luckily i've just readabout it and never experienced it. Have you heard of rear guard? Youput it on your bunnies fur and it stops flys eggs from hatching becausei've read that although we can reduce the risk by keeping our bunniesand their homes clean it's never a sure thing that it won't happen,which is very scary.:?
