Assuming she's not a white flemish giant - I'd say you're right. I don't have my standard of perfection from ARBA handy though...
 
NOT A DQ!

It's not unusual for fawns to have white toes because they have white tan pattern markings that may extend to the toes - many fawns have white toes. Itvaries depending on placement of the demarcation line.As long as the "toenails" aren't white, it's not a problem.
