So my bun has been a little trouble maker! First it was eating the carpet (sprayed it with that green apple spray, did the trick), then eating the plants (thankfully she stopped), then running under the couch (blocked it with wood), now she has discovered we have stairs! She has free reign of the whole living/dining area and kitchen yet she choosed to climb (very fast!) the wood stairs to upstairs bedrooms. Now we don't want her going up there because a) she can fall down the slippery wood stairs and b) there are tons of things up there, like wires, that are dangerous for her. What do we do? We tried yelling "No!", making loud noises, taking her down, putting her in her cage literally EVERY time she goes onto the stairs... which is crazy because it goes like this: up the stairs - in the cage, up the stairs - in the cage, up the stairs - in the cage...she doesn't seem to learn! Any advice on how to train her not to go up there? She was so good until she discovered the stairs!!!! lol

Definitely block it off. Some rabbits can be trained by saying "no" or using a squirt bottle, but some never learn. Blocking it off will be less stressful for both of you.
