Female Doe with Mastitis

I have a female doe that has a litter of 10 three week old babies. I just noticed today that she has mastitis. I was wondering what I should do? Should I remove the babies and suppliment feed them or can I leave them with her and just put her on anti-biotics?

Some of the babies have been eating food but some of them are smaller.

Please help me I have never had this happen and really do not want any of the babies to die.

Remove the babies, and give her a shot of pen g. I go by weight when I give it. My rabbits weigh about 6-7 pounds. So i give a bout a half a cc per dose. Otherwise you may lose them to milk poisoning. If they are eating, they should be ok. Just keep a close eye on them.

I just want to clarify that a doe is a female. All you have to say is doe.

thanks...have any info on mastitis? I removed the babies and am going to start the mother on pen G...some of the babies are really small for their age what should I suppliment them with?
