Hi!
Lately i've notice that my rabbit has a little bit of dry skin on the inside of his ears (only on the tip). He doesnt show any signs of discomfort, but i'm still a little worried. What could it be?mites?:S Is there something I could do to help?

Btw ; he's a lop, he's shedding right now and he lives inside.

Yes, it could be mites. I would first get some VetRX Rabbit Remedy and, put that on the affected areas. You can get it at Amazon or, a local pet or feed store. It is mineral oil with camphor and other herbs in it, all natural. It will get rid of mites, if that's what the problem is and, the oil will help moisturize if is dry skin.

If it is dry skin adding black oil sunflower seeds, flax, cotton seed meal or a TBS of olive, sunflower, safflower or canola oil to the feed will help improve skin and coat quality.
