I believe so but its hard to see with them in the nest and all of mommas fur surrounding them

Yep! When I had my first litter of lionheads I was very confused too, if they are doubled maned they have a bare spot where the wool will come in. The wool doesn't develop for quite some time. So with the normal fur it look like their is a "V" on their body
This is one of my young black kits around 2 weeks of age, at this age the wool should be coming in, her's, in this picture, is a darker black than the rest of her body(that will eventually switch around,her body will be darker and her mane will be lighter )
