My new bunny Baby seems to like me but I'm not sure if it's scared or happy. I'm a new bunny owner and I'm head over heels for this little one! When it's near me all it likes to do is groom it's self. Then run around and zigzag jump everywhere! When it's in its cage it does this this where it flops on its side and hard too! Thud! And today it kept nipping at my clothes. It comes up to me often but doesn't let me pet it. I'm scared that I'm scaring it.
I spend a lot of time with this guy sitting beside the cage when it's in leaving the door open so it can out but most of the time it stays in. I talk to it lots also.

Most of those things are happy things. A bunny that grooms near you feels safe around you, the running and zig zagging is usually accompanied with little jumps, kicks and head flicks and is a happy / excited bunny. Flopping over on the side is known as the dead bunny flop and means you have a very relaxed and happy rabbit. Nipping art your trousers could mean that you're in the way or that your bunny wants something. Some bunnies only like to be pet on their own terms, but keep working towards it and building trust and should be loving pets and head rubs in no time :)

I haven't been splashed with water but your rabbit does seem to be happy and very comfortable. I think the longer she is with your the more she will seek you out and let you pet her.
