Discharge from rabbits eye!

Hi everybody. I was petting s’mores today and I noticed he had some type of scratch/ discharge near his eye and I am wondering if I am just over worrying or if it is something I should worry about? Is it normal or is it from his hay?

Bunnies normally get eye crust, myself always clean it away every day from my bunnies and make sure it won’t build up
