Dewclaw ripped out

So my sisters young bunny bean (age 4 months) had his dewclaw ripped out not on purpose or anything but it ripped out completely we found the dry blood on his paw and soon find the dewclaw itself, we were just wondering if there was something we should do, is this normal, could this get an infection? He seems normal but here are some pictures. Thank you for the help!

This happened to my bunny too She is perfectly fine now, but I just made sure that the wound was kept clean and I kept a close eye on her to make sure she was eating and acting fine
