Curious about color

A bit curious about this buns color. I rescued him from a not so great situation and thought he was rather pretty. Pictures arent that great but they're all I've got since he found a home with one of our vet techs. The second one is not me scruffing him but his previous owner.
His belly had that silver on it, it was all of the hair not just tipped in it. He only had the two colors. The black and the silver

Looks like silver marten or otter.

Looks more like he's being held under his elbows rather than scruffed. He is cute though!

Looks Silver Marten. Black Otter has the Orange triangle on the back of the neck just behind the ears, but didn't see it in the pics.
