Constipated dog!HELP PLZZZ!

I have a soon to be 6 year old miniature pinscher and her health is very good other than bad breath(I have started to brush her teeth so that is under controlI have been giving her too many treats lately and I think it has made her constipated!Plzzzz help me!What do I do?Can this harm her?!

my mom gives her dog, which is a mlatese , metamucile sprinkled on his food to help with his constipation.

Ok thanks!She just wanted to go outside so I'm guessing that she might try to go.Anything else I should do?What about canned pumpkin or milk?Would that help?

Last night, Minnie threw up a few times.Then she pooped some and it was kind of runny.Before,nothing was coming out.Now this morning,she is outside chasing chipmunks!Is she on the road to recovery?!

used to give our Doberman a little cooking oil ( two tablespoons) with her food at night. Was good for her coat too.
