From what I have read, rabbits do see color, but not the full spectrum that we can see. Their color vision is better in the short wavelength blue and green end of the spectrum than the longer wavelengths (red/orange/yellow).

Just from observation, I haven't seen that either Scone or Natasha demonstrated any behavior that would indicate a "favorite" color. Scone did love to sit on the ottoman and watch Antiques Roadshow when there was a particularly brightly colored item on screen. If there was something like a really ugly garish vase, he'd jump up and stare at the TV. More ordinary items he ignored (he also liked the "warp drive" rumble in Star Trek reruns). Natasha ignores the TV entirely, other than to twitch an ear at the speakers when there's a sudden noise (especially sci-fi beeps and bloops).
