Riley has bare skin all over his belly and behind. I was grooming him and the fur basically fell out. After reading around I'm going to get some desitin to prevent rash and dry skin. Also, since the cage he shares with pancake has a rough bottom, I'm going to cover it with a layer of towels. Is there anything else anyone can think I should do?
I called my vet and she wasn't terribly helpful. She said she didn't want to recommend anything without seeing him first. Riley is going in to see her in a week anyway, and since his skin is pink and fur is clean, I'm just going to wait for pro advice.
