I wanted to know if anybody knows a place where they sell Lops in miami...the only near here is 3 hrs away

What breed of lop? There is Holland, Mini, English and French.
You can try ARBA for breed descriptions and a list of breeders. If there are local rabbit clubs, try that too. There might be a show near you that you could check out and possibly meet a breeder.
