Can i give my rabbit antibiotics sooner than every 12 hours?

I'm supposed to give my rabbit antibiotics twice a day but I'm going out tonight and want to leave by 10, however i gave him his first dose at 2:30 will he be ok if i give him the second dose at around 10?

Yes it is, I am injecting mine every twelve hours and it is sometimes really difficult to get exactly 12 hours when you have work in between.
