I would definitely bring him to a vet as soon as possible. I'm not sure how testicles should look as I had my rabbit neutered at 6 months and he's 9 now but it's always better safe than sorry. Also, if not for the testicles, at least to get that scanning looked at. Did he maybe hurt himself? Regardless, you don't want a potential infection.

Why is this picture taken through a cage? This looks really strange. This looks like a small penis. I have not seem a rabbit testicle look like this and I do have a male bunny Chico...

How old is this bunny? I would get him to the vet asap if I were you. I would be concerned about the foot as well. It's not looking good and you don't want any type of infection to go blood borne. What type of rabbit is this?

Vanessa

Looks like some type of infection. I have 2 adult males that are un nuetered right now, and have had many in the past, and it never looked like that. The scabs look like maybe sore hocks/fur mites/skin disease to me. I would get him to the vet ASAP.

I can't tell exactly what I'm looking at with the testicle, but it doesn't appear to be normal. If that is crustiness around your rabbits nailbed, your rabbit may have sarcoptes mange. If that's the case, the ivomec should help, but not sure what a 1 cm dosage is supposed to be. If you mean 1cc, that is a huge overdose. Unless you mean 0.1cc.

Your rabbit does need to be checked and treated by a rabbit vet.

thanks mustnotbuymore
thanks jbun , about ivomec i use egyptian ivomec can inject 1.0cc is safe and thank you for the links you that feed me that really profit me alot
thanks all i just wanted help with testicle and i asked the vet he said its just orchitis just inflammation and give me antiphlogistic medicine named dicloflam injection

1.0cc of 1% ivomec is enough to treat a 55lb(25kg) rabbit. So unless you have an absolutely huge rabbit, you are risking an overdose by giving that much. Dosage for rabbits is 0.18mg/lb(0.4mg/kg). When using 1% ivomec, there are 10mg of ivermectin in one ml/cc of the solution. That would make the dosage to be given, 0.018cc/lb or 0.04cc/kg.

You can verify dosage info on these two medical sites for rabbits.

Ok, just wanted to make sure your bun wasn't getting overdosed. Hopefully these meds work and your bun will be feeling better soon.
