I am not really sure. The chicken's could give the bunny mites and other diseases as well as the bun could give the chicken disease.

I really have no clue, but its best to be on the safe side.

Uhm I am not totally sure what Craisins are. They are safe for buns though, just as small treats every now and then. It is raisin with cranberry i think, not sure though. lol

Even if the bunny is vaccinated he could still get mites probably and somehow get some disease or pass one on. Plus they could maybe fight, not sure though.

I would never put chickens with rabbits because chickens like to peck at shiney stuff ....... like eyes!

I'm not being funny but chickens peck what ever they can :p I wouldnt, as my main concern would be salmonella aswell as the rabbit hurting the chickens (nipping feet etc) and the chickens pecking at the rabbit.
Craisins are dried cranberry's .

I agree with the other posters, I would not put chickens together with your baby bunny! Like they said chicken indeed do like to peck, at eyes and such, and you dont want them to give your baby bunny anything if they do have anything such as mites....Chickens arent like rabbits, youd have to worry about your bunny eating their food, and chicken could poop in their water....sounds like a dirty situation that I would avoid with all costs..chickens arent clean lol

I have chickens and ducks and I would never keep them together, besides the chickens passing diseases and such on to the bunny, chickens are extremely dirty animals and are really stinky (I'm used to it but other people think they are). Bunnies are quite clean animals and it would be nasty for the little guy to have to hop around in their poop, and they poop, a ton!

Another thing is the chickens, especially a rooster, would possibly attack the rabbit. When I have my rabbits out on the harness I have to keep them away from the chickens because the rooster fluffs up and bends down ready to attack, if he got a chance he would jump up on their back, dig their claws in the rabbit and start to peck it and pull out it's fur, it's very traumitising for an animal. Even hens do it, one of my hens did that to my cat, jumped on her back and started to pull out her fur. So no, I wouldn't take the risk.

Craisins are dried cranberries :)

And I would be pensive to put my bunny in with chickens, but I have no other reason not to other than personal feelings.
