I have a relatively lazy rabbit with cataracts(he can still see some shadows according to my Vet).. But originally, he was getting blockaded into a section of my bedroom for free roaming. Now, he's in my office and I'm using a baby superyard to create a safe open space for him(office is in an open area in my upstairs with no doors and a staircase too wide to add a babygate).

He's lazy, firstly.. He loves wicker balls and will occasionally pick one up and toss it around, but for the most part, he's just plain lazy, likes to lay around more than anything, maybe due to his age... But he does like exploring..

I have a cat tunnel in there for him to play with, some baby link toys and bell ball toys, but I would love to add some more enrichment to the environment for him and encourage him to leave the 'plastic cage bottom' more often. Any suggestions?

What I have added so far(my cat doesn't use that stand/toy thing anymore). A cardboard rectangle full of hay and hidden treats, baby link toys, one of those rabbit chew skewers that you can add veggies and fruits to, a cardboard hanging thingy that he can shuffle around, a cardboard tunnel hide, the cat tunnel, and bell ball toys. I want to get him more wicker balls, and possibly build a second level from nic cube grids as well that he can go on top of and under.

He's seriously rarely as active as he is with all the new goodies currently in there, so I'm hoping this helps with his energy levels and keeping him from getting bored.

What do you think? Any suggestions to add? Or change?
