Hello all,
I have a 10 week old Holland Lop bunny who has been with me for about 3 weeks. She's been very friendly and playful, I do some bonding time with her for a few hours a day, but recently, she gets extremely skittish and fearful. A few days ago, I noticed that every time someone opens or closes a door, rings the doorbell or makes any relatively loud noise (washing dishes, blending, etc) she immediately runs under the couch or coffee table. It takes a long time for her to come out again and "act normal".
Is this because she is entering her hormonal stage?
Is there anything I can do to help her not be so easily scared?
Thanks!
