My bunny (he's 2 months old as I've had him for about 3 days now) pees on my blanket then licks it up. This has been going on for the past 2 days. Is this normal?

Did you try giving him a salt lick, and a water dish, if he normally drinks from a bottle?

I haven't tried the salt lick.. But I tried the water dish
I would try the salt lick. It may be that for some reason, he's not getting enough salt in his diet. You can get salt spools at most places where rabbit food is sold. If that doesn't work, you may need to talk to your vet about it, as I'm unsure if there is a medical condition that might cause this type of behavior. It is also possible that it is a learned behavior from where you got him from, for whatever reason.
