My bunny, Pluto, hasnt eaten or drank anything today. I woke up this morning he did use his litter box well last night however this afternoon he's refusing to eat any veggies, banana, or pellets.
I checked back an hour ago and his poop is quite mushy and is forming all together. (not like cecotropes) There's some formations but its all mushed together and smells very bad.
Any suggestions on what to do or idea whats going on?
I thought that he might just have gas so i gave him so gas drops, but now im worried after seeing his poops.

If he isn't producing normal round fecal balls and the mushy poop you're seeing could be his fecal poop and not mushy cecotropes, runny or pudding like fecal diarrhea is considered an emergency and you would need to get him to a rabbit vet immediately.

I just checked back with him and he has some formation of round fecal balls but still some mush as well. Also he just ate some critical care! Should i still treat this as an emergency?

I can't say if it is or not. Just that runny or pasty fecal poop is an emergency. If the poop is looking like normal fecal balls, and the pasty stuff could have been cecotropes, then it may not be an emergency as long as he is eating normally again. But, whether your rabbits situation is an emergency or not, is something you would have to determine.
