Benny has started making a strange low grunting/squeaking sound...does this mean he's happy or upset??

Is he spayed? My bunny (who is currently unspayed) used to grunt and circle around me because she wanted to mate with me :headsmack

But it could either mean he wants attention or he could be in pain. Is he eating, drinking and pooping normally?

He is unspayed. He's not circling me. He has just been to a bunny hotel for a week so was thinking he's feeling nervy being back in a different environment?? He's eating and pooping normally...

I'd actually describe it more like a buzzing sound...

One of my bucks will make a similar sound when he's agitated and unhappy. Is there anything upsetting your boy? Has he been doing this since he came back from the bunny hotel?

Yes he never did it before. He doesn't seem upset in any other ways...I am wondering if it's him getting frisky. He is coming up to 5 months old...

Given the age, I'd be betting on him wanting to get frisky!

Yes, that could also be a cause :D Has he been circling you, mounting your hand, leg, etc? If he has, it's more than likely his little bunny hormones ;)
