Bunny ears language

This is my bunny after taking her medication ..... ive never really seen her with her ears this close together. What do you think her ears are trying to say

Ears pointed back? Your rabbit is NOT happy with you! Your bun is only slightly pissed off. If your bun was super upset, those ears would be lowered back too. Usually a bunny butt, some foot flicks, and thumping are thrown in as well. Just so us caretakers know how upset they are with us. It's so nice how appreciated we are

Awh that would make sense then. This was after we gave her some nasty tasting medicine .... and my mum was petting her think she was annoyed that I made her take the medicie and allowed my mum to pet her - shes a pamperer princess and only enjoys me petting her
