But your bucks and does should NOT be housed together if the doe is pregnant. My bucks never see the babies unless they are in their own cage and he happens to be out running around the rabbitry for playtime and goes up and investigates. He doesn't 'know' they are his.

He doesn't know they are his, so he should be kept away from them. Sometimes bucks will attack babies, but usually they are simply just not gentle with them and will hurt them. Best for them to be kept away all the time.
