They said it was a mini rex, and then another staff said it's a netherland dwarf.....

She/he is 5 weeks old, anyone know the breed?!

From the photo, appears to be Chestnut Netherland Dwarf.

agree with pam and pipp.

a good key to knowing if you have a rex furred rabbit (standard rex, mini rex, velveteen lop) is that the wiskers with be short and curly

it is hard to tell, but you can kinda see on this mini rex:
