My rabbit's belly been hard since I got him on August 15th and I don't know if it's normal now. I took him to the vet 2 weeks after and they didn't mentioned anything about his belly. I've been feeding what the breeder suggested:
-In the morning he eats veggies (mostly kale and parsley)
- He doesn't seem to like hay even though I was told he did.
- Pellets ( I recently switched to timothy hay based ones but he doesn't care much for those so I don't know if should keep giving him that)
- He either eats a piece of fruit or purina carrots and oats horse treats. Breeder said it was fine to give and smokey loves.
Smokey is very active and sweet. He will be going to the vet soon again anyways for a fecal testing and I'll make sure everything else is ok.
