What is It?

Rabbits in general adapt well to loss of sight. As long as you are careful not to move objects from their usual places, your rabbit will likely get around so well you will forget he can't see. Exert caution about letting strange rabbits, cats, dogs, or people in a blind rabbit's territory. Be aware that white New Zealand rabbits may develop an inherited form of glaucoma relatively early in life that could lead to loss of sight.

Sam is 6 1/2 years old. I worried some about him with my rabbits at first, as he has brought baby bunnies to the house in the past. However, he understands what "our" pets are and he respects the rabbits (or whatever else I drag home). Since having rabbits, Sam has NEVER brought any more to the house from the wild, thoough he only did that twice...

Simon is blind. At first he was a little intimidated by the rabbits, but now he ignores them, or sleeps close by.

See-More makes up for the lack of indifference Sam and Simon show. She either goes outside, to the garage or shed when the rabbits are running, unless she's closed in a downstairs bedroom.
